Personal Care Products

1. Returns: Unopened and unused personal care products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Damaged or Defective Products: If your face wash arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Used Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used face wash for hygiene and safety reasons.

Bread

1. Perishable Items: Due to the nature of baked goods, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for bread unless:
   • The bread arrives damaged or moldy. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
2. Order Errors: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
