  • For baked goods, we bake to order to ensure freshness. Depending on the baking schedule, delivery can sometimes take up to 7-10 days.
  • If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

  • Shipping is available within the United States.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Local Pickup

  • Local customers may choose free pickup at our home near Jansen NE. The address will be provided in the checkout.
  • Pickup times will be communicated through your preferred means of communication specified on the checkout screen. Please bring your order confirmation for verification.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at forestandfieldfarms@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • For damaged packages, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
